If you wish to cancel an order, notify us before we have delivered your flowers. try and call to catch us before we do the delivery or if we have already delivered them to you or the recipient they must be returned with in 24 hours.
For store credit or a replacement if they died over night. or a full refund will be given if you like.
All flower shipments are made by our staff. Candy shipments are via Fed-Ex, UPS, or USPS (your choice)
